1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DiamondOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DiamondOS is a baseball league management platform that provides tools for scheduling, scorekeeping, statistics tracking, team management, and communication. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One person or entity may not maintain more than one commissioner account per league.
Accounts for minors must be created by a parent, guardian, or league administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading league data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or leagues
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

DiamondOS and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DiamondOS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. League data you create belongs to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

DiamondOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
