Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
DiamondOS offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Free Team: Free tier with basic features
- Pro Team: $12.99/month
- All-Star Team: $24.99/month
- League Starter: $29.99/month
- League Pro: $49.99/month
- League Elite: $99.99/month
- Diamond Fan: $4.99/month
- Diamond Fan+: $7.99/month
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
2. Card Packs & Microtransactions
Card packs, player upgrades, cosmetic items, and other digital goods are final sales. No refunds are offered for digital purchases due to the nature of immediate delivery and inability to prevent use.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or a billing error occurred, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. Please provide:
- Your account email address
- The transaction date and amount
- A description of the billing error
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a billing error, please email support@diamond-os.com with your details. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Chargeback Policy
If you request a chargeback instead of contacting us directly, we may permanently suspend your account and report the chargeback to payment processors. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
